The Brooklyn Koi Pond 🐠

Have you ever been walking down the street, seen water spewing out of a fire hydrant, and thought... "I should throw some fish in there?" Probably not. But that's exactly what 47-year-old Hajj-Malik Lovick of Bed-Stuy thought. Not only did he think it — he did it. Lovick went to a pet store, bought 100 goldfish for $16 (what a deal!), and put them into a fire hydrant pond. The outdoor aquarium quickly became a viral phenomenon, being dubbed "The Bed-Stuy Koi Pond." The Koi Pond spun into a whole community ordeal — the fish were fed 3x per day, people took shifts guarding them, and they even installed LED lights. Of course, some PETA activists had an issue with this beautiful public art installation, and ultimately rescued & rehomed most of the fish during a 3am heist. RIP to the Bed-Stuy Koi Pond (2024-2024).

Breaking news from the sports world — NBA All-Star Trae Young allegedly admitted that he “100% always” sits down while he pees. This has apparently been a part of his routine since middle school. It’s quite interesting of Trae to be utilizing this urination style, but even more interesting of him to publicly admit it. This begs the simple question — why? Maybe his feet hurt from playing so much ball? Maybe it helps with his balance or something? Who knows. Let’s see what the people think:

NYPD Steals YouTuber’s Lambo 🚨

Yes, you read that right. Bronx streamer, Fanum (who we just posted an episode with), recently had his purple Lamborghini Urus stolen by the cops. Fanum was doing his thing — livestreaming at the Bronx Dominican Day Parade — before NYPD pointed a gun at him and stole his car. Straight up GTA. Not only did they take his Lamb Truck, but they then decided to flex up with it on Instagram. To be honest, the picture is kinda tuff. Wild times we live in.
